Terms of Service
These terms cover use of diamondwranchaz.com and the private staff tools operated by DW Ranch LLC ("Diamond W Ranch," "we"). They also summarize payment and cancellation terms, because invoices link here.
A signed venue contract controls if it says something different from this page.

The website
The site describes the venue. Prices, dates, and availability on the site are not a reservation. A date is reserved only when we have a signed contract and the non-refundable deposit described below.
Staff tools and Google access
The admin area is for Diamond W Ranch staff only. If you connect a Google account, you confirm you are allowed to grant access to that account. The connection is read-only Gmail access, used to read the venue inbox and import inquiries, as described in our privacy policy. You can disconnect at any time. We may turn off a connection or a staff login if it is misused or no longer needed.
Do not try to access the admin area if you are not staff, interfere with the site, or connect a Google account you are not authorized to use.
Payment and cancellation
Weekend weddings require a signed contract, a non-refundable $3,000 deposit, and a $1,000 refundable security deposit. One-day weddings require a non-refundable $1,000 deposit and a $1,000 refundable security deposit. Events, camps, and reunions require a non-refundable $1,000 deposit and a $1,000 refundable security deposit.
Final payment is due 90 days before a weekend wedding and 90 days before a one-day wedding. Events, camps, and reunions are due 120 days before the date. Each of those due dates includes a 48-hour grace period. If you book inside that window, we send one combined invoice.
We accept Zelle and card. Zelle payments receive about a 3% discount off the rental. The security deposit is returned within 10 business days after the event if there are no deductions.
The non-refundable deposit is not returned if you cancel. Any other cancellation terms are in the signed contract.
Event liability insurance is required, and the policy must list DW Ranch LLC as an additional insured. The contract states the coverage dates and limits.

Photos and text on this site belong to DW Ranch LLC unless we say otherwise. You may not copy them for your own commercial use without permission.
The website is general information
Pages on this site are planning information. They do not replace a signed contract for a booked event.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. The date at the top is the current version. A change in how we use Google user data is covered by the privacy policy.
